“My home was built in 1959 and had a partial kitchen upgrade before I moved in in 2005. I’d had problems with appliance leaks over the years, so I decided on a complete remodel that included subfloor replacement and major electrical upgrades. I had looked at kitchen designs for years but nothing inspired me enough to go forward until my meeting with Level Up Builders. Clear communication is a strength for Greg, the owner of Level Up Builders. He listened carefully, asked many questions to assess my kitchen needs and goals, and immediately responded with more options than I’d considered for the layout, flow, and function of my kitchen. I completely trusted Greg and his crew to be alone to work in my home, and it was a pleasure to come home each day to see the progress, as well as their cleanup efforts. There will always be clean up needed with such a big demolition, and I appreciated their effort in sweeping up, removing debris from work areas, and putting up tarps to minimize the dust as construction was done. A new sub floor, a wall removed, cabinets installed, granite countertops, new lighting, new appliances….it was like Christmas each day as I watched my kitchen transform. My kitchen needed more countertop space, storage, and a better flow for cooking and guests. This upgrade surpassed every expectation I had, and the under-cabinet lighting, spice rack, and extra outlets make every cooking experience a pleasure. My project was finished within the time frame Level Up Builders gave me, and this is now my favorite room in the house! I have a coffee bar, a cozy sitting area, and the layout of my new kitchen offers space I never knew I had now that my oversized island has been replaced by a beautiful new bar/peninsula. I thought I’d sell my home before I’d considered a remodel of this magnitude, but it was honestly a pleasure to go through this process with such a caring, professional company.
